Micro TESE procedure is a painless procedure under anesthesia. The aim here is to remove the tissues under the microscope, which are highly likely to include sperm. Thus, theoretically, the likelihood of finding sperm is increased, and the damage to the testicle is reduced as fewer tissues are taken. Samples of tissue taken are processed in a series to separate live sperm cells. While these cells are used in microinjection process, sperm is stored for use in different experiments in other observed tissues.
Points to consider before Micro TESE

Risks

The chance of finding sperm in a patient with obstruction in the sperm channels; It is higher than the patient with hormonal or genetic problem. After surgery rarely can be bleeding at the site of operation, bleeding
