Partially or completely clogging of the tubes prevents the sperm and the egg from meeting, making it impossible to fertilize and get pregnant. If one of the tubes of the woman is clogged, natural pregnancy is difficult
Reasons for the closure of the tubes:
- Have had previous pelvic infection (PID) (severe infection involving the uterus and surrounding organs)
- Endometriosis
- Septic abortus
- Tube-related surgery (such as ectopic pregnancy)
- Previous tubal ectopic pregnancy (may cause blockage even if not surgery).
- Very rarely some myomas: Most of the normal myomas do not cause such blockages. Very rarely, a myoma that develops in the region near the cadaver and presses it may cause clogging.
- One tube or no tubes can be seen.
- Those who have undergone tubes ligation surgery
- Pelvic tuberculosis
Laparoscopic surgery can be performed in cases where both of the tubes are obstructed, and in case of opening, pregnancy can be tried with normal treatment. However, it is advantageous to shorten the infertility period by directly testing the tube baby and to have babies for couples.
